Proceedings

The Proceedings of the Congress will be published in a special issue of the International Journal of Quantum Chemistry.  To expedite this, contributors are asked to bring their manuscripts to the Congress, and give them to either Erkki Brandas or Peter Politzer.  The final date for submitting manuscripts will be September 15, 2005.
